How to Register for an Uncommon Adventure
It's pretty simple to get things together for the trip of a lifetime.
There are three steps to registration:
- Complete the Registration Form.
E-mail Registration Form — best if you're paying the full amount by credit card, since you can do the whole thing online. Just type your
information directly into the form, and submit it.
Print and Mail-in Registration Form — best if you're paying by check, since you can mail payment and form together.
- Make a Payment.
Pay Full Amount Online by Credit Card using our Paypal enabled secure site that accepts major
credit cards (Paypal registration is not required). Each trip description
has a Paypal link at the bottom; click on it to begin the Paypal/credit
card process.
Pay by Check: Simply mail in a check along with your registration form(s).
Pay Deposit Only: A deposit of $150 ($300 for international trips) will hold your space in a program or trip. Please note that we are not set up to receive these partial payments online. If you wish to pay a deposit by credit card, please call it in at 1-866-882-5525 (For your protection, please do not include
credit card information in your e-mails). Otherwise please pay your deposit by check.
- Complete the Participant Profile Form
This form helps us collect information that's important to your health and safety.
We also ask about your food preferences, and what makes you happy. Because it's a bit lengthy,
we don't require it when you register, but we'd like you to do it soon!
As with the registration form, you can complete it online or you can print and mail it to us.
We will respond with confirmation of your request when
we receive payment. We will hold phone and e-mail reservations for 7 business
days while we await your check.
For trips and workshops in the U. S. and Canada
Registration: A $150 deposit is required to hold your space for domestic
trips and workshops. It is refundable up until 30 days before the trip.
Your balance is also due 30 days prior to the first day of your program.
For International Trips
Registration: A $300 deposit is required to reserve space for international
trips. It is fully refundable until 45 days prior to departure. Your trip
balance is also due 45 days prior to departure.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel within the 30-day period prior to departure for
domestic trips or 45 days prior to departure for international tours,
your money will be credited toward future programs. If you can find a
replacement for your cancellation, we will send you a full refund.
