New Programs: Kayak Fishing
We’ve been sponsored by Legacy Paddlesports to begin combining two of our passions for you. 2008 will bring you kayak fishing weekends for Trout and Smallmouth Bass and river floats for King Salmon in the fall using Native Ultimate fishing kayaks. Also look for an Isle Royale Sea Kayak trip this coming
summer with a focus on fishing the fabulous waters in and around the biggest island in the biggest lake on the planet.
Iceland’s Hornstrandir National Park
We fell just one short of making this trip go last year and we’re hoping to build on that to assemble a great team to round this peninsula this year. Do you have the skills? Are you ready? We can help you tune up and tone up for this expedition.

Fall Sale
Kayaks:
(2) Hurricane Tracers-trylon material (thermoformed): 16’2” x 22” wide. This is a very nimble, lightweight (46 lbs), skeg equipped kayak for the intermediate to advanced paddler from 130-190 lbs. Tracers are extremely agile and lots of fun for those who don’t mind trading a little initial stability for great secondary stability. Full retail is a very reasonable $1600, but $1000 will pick you up one of these light performance-oriented boats with only one season’s use on them.
Paddles :
Epic Active Tour carbon/hybrid length lock (215-225cm) for $160 each. Great paddles, just turning over the fleet.
Tents :
Mountain Hardware Alcove 3—these are 3 person (two with elbow room), 3 season, free-standing tents with two doors. They all have two season’s light use and are in very good condition, each come with spare pole. $150 each
