More "Advanced" Trips for 2007!

Because trips like our Shuyak Island Circumnavigation in Alaska have
seemed to find a consistent audience, we are offering a few more
challenging destinations this coming year.

Alaska's Kenai Fiords

Back by popular demand, this trip offers up the quintessential
Alaska--tidewater glaciers, whales, seabirds, tide rips and the kind of
sea conditions that make paddling an NDK Explorer a great time!  As
with all of our trips, you can expect the best gear, the best food, and
the very highest skill and instructional standards.  We've raised the
bar and we intend to keep doing it.

Iceland's Westfiords: Hornstrandir National Park

Follow in the wake of Erik the Red and other vikings as we follow the
whales around the extreme NW tip of Iceland on the Arctic Circle. 
We've found another excellent local partner in Steini, who grew up
there and has a fine fleet of NDK boats for us to use.  Only a few
select 4 star paddlers will be selected for this trip, so get on board
while you can!

I really want to thank everyone who participated in our programs this
past year.  Sure all the cool travel, nature and paddling is a huge
motivation to keep doing this for the last 25 years, but its really all
of you that keep this fun and interesting for me.  Tell me what your
dream trips are....I just might be able to help you out!  I'm thinking
Newfoundland for 2008 and possible a four lettered country just to the
south of the Florida Keys....any takers?!
