Paddling Alaska’s Kenai Fjords

We have three spots left for what promises to be one of the best trips ever put together with what looks to be a stellar and humorous crew.

New on the menu: Sleeping Bear Sampler Weekend at Point Betsie Coastguard Station

We have a rare opportunity to use the restored Lifesaving Station at Point Betsie (just down the Lake Michigan Beach for Pt. Betsie Lighthouse) for a really special experience. Besides being able to sample all the different local shoreline paddling and nearby inland lakes, we can broaden your paddling horizons with a classic river trip as well. Want to try flyfishing? Surfing? How about just watching the sunset from the beach with a glass of Arcturos Dry Reisling? We can do all of that. We are going to bump this trip up a couple of notches by pulling out all the stops on the menu using fine local seasonal farm goods and our excellent local wines. It may be worth the trip just for the food.
